LTC to Offer Leadership within Generational Management Seminars

CLEVELAND, WI —

Lakeshore Technical College is offering "Leadership within Generational Management", a professional development seminar. The seminar will be held on Friday, November 3 from 8am-noon on the Cleveland campus.

Every day 10,000 Baby Boomers reach 65 years of age. As of 2025, 75% of the workforce will be Millennials. In this seminar, participants will explore what this dynamic means for leadership within organizations. They will also develop leadership traits that all generations admire and expect, learn to analyze various behavioral norms for varying generations within the workplace, and create feedback skills that are critical for engaged, passionate, and retained talent in the workplace.

The instructor for the seminar will be Doug Hamm, LTC Human Resource Administration Instructor. Doug has a significant background in production and operations management including over 15 years of plant management experience in the automotive and building products industries. His area of expertise is continuous improvement and human resource management and motivation. He holds a PHR credential along with his certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt and DDI (Development Dimensions International, Inc.) Facilitator. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and History and has his Master's degree in Business Administration.
