The first meeting will be held on February 17, 2014 and the topic will be: “The Long and Winding Road for an Entrepreneur” presented by Jim Kregel, CEO/President of Surgical Site Solutions.   Jim will share the story of the journey he and his partners have been on for Surgical Site Solutions. Key topics addressed include planning for the business and strategic issues, preparing for obstacles, promoting their product and most importantly proving it to the market and investors. Learn first-hand how a new product can be turned into a successful business venture.

The second meeting will be held on March 17, 2014 with the topic being:  “The Importance of Planning for Your Business” presented by Ann Holsen of Heavy Pedal Bicycles, LLC. The business plan was the key to successfully discovering and communicating where the founders of Heavy Pedal were and where they wanted to be with respect to their small business startup. Individuals who are thinking of starting a new company or expanding and need money to accomplish your goals should attend this seminar.  Strategies will be outlined to help you increase your odds of getting approvals for your financing.
