A two–part workshop designed to help you determine your comfort level and readiness to take the LTC entrance assessment exam, Accuplacer.

For some even hearing the word “exam” is enough to send shivers down their backs. For others, being out of school for a long time creates additional anxiety about taking an exam. That’s why LTC offers the Accuplacer Preview Workshop.

In just two, 3 1/2 hour sessions you will, with the help of experienced LTC instructors, review the typical content of your college entrance exam. If you’re comfortable with all of the material presented in the sessions, you’ll have the confidence to schedule and take your Accuplacer exam.

If after reviewing the exam material you would like to learn more in a particular area, LTC can help you arrange for a free, skill–building course. Either way, you’ll be prepared to start college with confidence.

Session One:

• Reading skill examples – 1 hour
• English skill examples – 1 hour
• Math skill examples – 1 hour
• Student services available – 1/2 hour

Session Two:

• Continuation of reading skills – 1 hour
• Continuation of English skills – 1 hour
• Continuation math skills – 1 hour
• Additional student services available – 1/2 hour
