LTC class listing available online, registration now open

CLEVELAND, WI

General public registration for Lakeshore Technical College’s fall 2008 classes is now open, and the class listing is available online at www.gotoltc.edu.

The listing includes class schedules for: LTC Cleveland day, evening and weekend; Flexible Learning Options; Software Learning Center; Community Outreach; Emergency Medical Services; and seminars.

Flexible Learning Options allow individuals who are unable to attend the classroom on a regular basis to achieve their educational goals through video, print or CD-ROM, interactive television, online or blended classes.

Software Learning Center classes, which include Microsoft Office 2007, are held at a variety of times at LTC’s locations in Cleveland, Manitowoc and Sheboygan. Several introductory classes also are available online.

Community Outreach classes allow participants to explore areas of interest or learn a new skill. Classes are conveniently located at LTC Cleveland, Manitowoc and Sheboygan as well as senior centers in Manitowoc and Sheboygan and high schools in Kiel, Mishicot, Oostburg, Plymouth, Random Lake, Reedsville, Two Rivers and Valders.

Seminar topics include business, criminal justice, electronics, environmental safety, fire safety, health care, industrial safety, motorcycle safety and responsible beverage.

Anyone interested in taking a class for personal enrichment or to boost job skills in a certain area may register, provided openings are still available. Individuals do not need to be enrolled in an LTC program to take a class.
