Description: …provides the student with the skills and tools to select and implement solutions to solve problems and improve processes within an organization. An emphasis will be placed on the use of statistical techniques to create and select solutions. The student will learn how to create a control plan to implement solutions. Statistical techniques emphasized will be correlation, regression, statistical process control, control plan development, and mistake proofing.
