Course Description
Whether we like it or not, “it” starts at the top, and we are under a microscope. “It” and how it relates to your company has many definitions: reputation, quality, morale, and others. Join us as we explore what has been done in the past, why that may not be good enough moving forward, and ask ourselves:
- Do we have the leadership skills to meet the demands of the new economy?
- Do we have the skillset required to retain our staff and grow our business?
All sessions are taught by Rick Balzan.
