Course Description

The 8-hour Refresher seminar reviews the materials presented in the 40-hour Hazardous Waste Site Worker initial training and updates participants on regulatory and technological changes. This seminar satisfies OSHA requirements 29 CFR 1910.120[e] [8] for annual refresher training.

In this seminar you will:

  • Discuss changes in regulations and technology during the past year.
  • Participate in personal protection equipment and respiratory protection workshops.
  • Review basic skills and knowledge about hazardous waste site safety.
  • Review site controls, work practices, and procedures through case studies.
