LTC's SHRM student chapter recognized in charter ceremony

Lakeshore Technical College's Society for Human Resource Management student chapter was recognized recently by the Wisconsin State SHRM during a charter ceremony. CLEVELAND, WI

Lakeshore Technical College’s Society for Human Resource Management student chapter was recognized recently by the Wisconsin State SHRM during a charter ceremony.

Wisconsin State SHRM President Robert Swanson presented the charter, which officially certifies LTC’s SHRM chapter with the national SHRM.

LTC President Mike Lanser, Sheboygan Area Chapter SHRM President Debbie Fedel and Lakeshore Area Human Resources Association President Sheila Schetter spoke at the event. Outgoing LTC SHRM President Dawn Mischler and LTC SHRM President-elect Emily Kaufmann also gave remarks.

LTC SHRM Faculty Adviser Doug Hamm gave a brief history of the LTC SHRM chapter and introduced the chapter officers. Outgoing officers include President Mischler, Vice President Natalina DeSimone, Secretary Kelly Klemme and Treasurer Wendy Flores. Incoming officers include President Kaufmann, Vice President Mischler, Secretary Klemme and Treasurer Flores.
