LTC family business seminar to feature Sargento Foods' President Louie Gentine

CLEVELAND, WI – 

LTC family business seminar to feature Sargento Foods' President Louie Gentine

Louie Gentine, president, chief customer officer, and a third-generation family member of Sargento Foods Inc., will be the featured speaker at Lakeshore Technical College's Family Business — The Next Generation event on Thursday, Feb. 24.

The Family Business — The Next Generation seminar provides an overview of relevant issues and an opportunity for networking with other family business members. The event is being held during National Entrepreneurship Week to provide participants with succession strategies that can be used in business now and in the future.

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Lake Michigan Conference Room at Lakeshore Technical College's Cleveland Campus. The event costs $30. The class number is 29338.

The seminar is sponsored by LTC's Center for Entrepreneurship's Lakeshore Business Assistance Alliance and the Wisconsin Family Business Forum, which is part of the College of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. The Wisconsin Family Business Forum fosters healthy family businesses through learning, sharing and creating effective solutions regarding the critical issues and problems confronting family business.

In addition to Gentine, the event will include a family business panel featuring Carmen Fosick, vice president of Elmstar Electric Corp., Kaukauna; Joe Kobussen, president of Kobussen Buses Ltd., Kaukauna; and Steve Weinert, president of Crafts Inc., Manitowoc. The panel will be moderated by Dale Feinauer of the Wisconsin Family Business Forum.
