LTC announces new employees

CLEVELAND, WI –
Lakeshore Technical College is welcoming five new employees to its staff.
Kurk Anderson, of Kohler, Wis., has accepted the position of supply chain/quality assurance instructor. He previously held positions as director of operations for MAG-IAS, Fond du Lac, Wis., and director of supply chain management for Manitowoc Cranes, Manitowoc, Wis. Anderson's educational background includes graduating from United States Marine Corps Command and Staff College and earning a bachelor of science degree from the United States Naval Academy and a master in materials science and engineering degree from The Catholic University of America.
Melissa Braesch, of Sheboygan, Wis., has accepted the position of organizational development manager. She previously was employed as an organizational development and learning coordinator at Johnsonville Sausage, Sheboygan Falls, Wis. Braesch has a bachelor of arts degree in human resource management and a master of business administration degree, both from Western Illinois University.
Britanni Meinnert, of Sheboygan, has accepted the position of supervisory management/soft skills instructor. She previously was employed at the American Club, Kohler, as manager of front desk and carriage house operations. Meinnert has a bachelor of science degree in business management and a master of business administration degree in marketing and hospitality, both from Lakeland College.
David Reilly, of Wautoma, Wis., has accepted the position of WILM information technology operations director. (WILM is a consortium of Wisconsin Indianhead, Lakeshore and Mid-State technical colleges.) Reilly previously was employed as executive director of technology for the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District, Fairbanks, Alaska. He has a bachelor of science degree in language arts and humanities from North Central University, Minneapolis, Minn., and a master of arts degree in teaching from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks.
Rhonda Schultz, of Two Rivers, Wis., has accepted the position of academic advisor. She previously was employed as an instructional assistant in the pharmacy technician program at LTC. She also currently works for Holy Family Memorial, Manitowoc, as a pharmacy technician. Schultz has an associate degree in pharmacy sciences from LTC and a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Silver Lake College, Manitowoc.
