An Article Index / Database

Article indexes (also called periodical indexes) are databases that include the citations of articles in magazines, journals and newspapers.

Some article indexes contain abstracts or brief summaries of the articles. Some also contain the full text or entire contents of articles.

Online article databases which the LTC library subscribes to are accessible from the library Web site. They can also be accessed from home with a valid LTC identification number.

• CREDO Reference (a database of various articles from reference books and encyclopedias.)
