Lakeshore Technical College is offering the Providing Exceptional Customer Service from the Inside Out seminar, on Friday, November 7 from 8am - 12:00 noon at Lakeshore Technical College in the Cleveland Training Room.
This seminar is geared towards understanding the impact your internal customers and systems have on providing exceptional customer service to your external customers. Customer Service is no longer an organizationsâ€™ cost center; it is a differentiator.Â Topics covered include Multi-Channel Service, Self-Service Software, Proactive Engagement, Agent Workspace, Social Media, Cross-Selling & Up-Selling Techniques, and Feedback Metrics.
Presenter Britanni Meinnert is a Supervisory & Hospitality Management instructor at Lakeshore Technical College.Â She comes from 14 years in the Hospitality industry where she helped the American Club achieve their 5-StarÂ status for delivering excellent guest experiences.Â She has facilitated seminars on Customer Service and Team Building.Â Britanni holds a Bachelorsâ€™ degree, as well as her Masters of Business Administration, from Lakeland College.Â
