Culinary and Baking Lab (L273 and L271)
Register now for this dynamic journey into the world of culinary and hospitality! High school students ages 14–18 will experience three unforgettable days learning alongside professional chefs in the Lakeshore College Culinary Arts Lab.
Hands-on activities will help Junior Chefs discover all that is needed to run a successful restaurant, including daily planning and production of menu entrees.

Tuesday, June 24: BAKING DAY
- Create & taste breads, tarts & cookies
- Pastry careers
- Plating & garnishing
Wednesday, June 25: GLOBAL CUISINE DAY
- Create & taste a variety of recipes from around the world
- Explore the global pantry
- Service skills & techniques
Space is limited!
$152.22 PER ATTENDEE. Includes a chef coat for camp use, recipes, completion certificate, and daily meal. Junior Chefs will enjoy lunch each day.
