    The Plumbers & Steamfitters UA Local 400 union donated $25,000 to the Lakeshore College Foundation to establish a scholarship fund that will provide financial assistance to students interested in training for careers in welding or heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

    602 Students named to dean’s list at Lakeshore College

    Lakeshore College named 602 students to its spring 2025 dean’s list. To make the list, students must have completed six or more credits for the term and earned a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. The 403 students who earned presidential honors, which require a 4.0 GPA, are indicated with an asterisk.

    2 Lakeshore College students advance to SkillsUSA Championships

    Two Lakeshore College students placed first in competitions at the spring 2025 SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills state conference held in Madison. Qualifying for advancement to the national SkillsUSA Championships taking place in Atlanta June 23-27 are Autumn Robley and Johnathon DeBruin.

    Lakeshore College will host two summer camps offering middle and high school students the opportunity to explore in-demand careers. Both camps will be held on the college’s Cleveland campus.

    Lakeshore College will host College Preview Night on Tuesday, April 22 from 3-6 pm at the Cleveland campus. Attendees can explore Lakeshore’s state-of-the-art classrooms and labs, talk to faculty and staff in 14 different career areas, connect with the recruitment team on the application process, and learn about financial aid and scholarship opportunities.
